The most common means of travel to Aarhus are by plane (see below), bus, train or car.

Yes, if you are flying in, the closest airport is Aarhus Airport. It is, however, quite small, and doesn’t have a lot of direct connections. Billund Airport is bigger, and not much further away (a little over an hour by bus).

Depending on where you are traveling from, it may be your best option to fly to Copenhagen Airport and catch a train or bus from there to Aarhus.
